Clinical observation of CHOP treatment in intermediate or high grade non-hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL)

  • The result of 30 cases of intermediate or high grade NHL treated by CHOP regimen was re-ported. All cases were proved histologically. Result showed that for the whole group total response rate was 80%, and CR rate was 63. 3%.For 27 previously untreated cases CR rate was 70. 3%, for 3 previously treated cases PR rate was 66.7%.The survival rates at one, three years were 66.7% and 40%, respectively. Themain adverse reactions include leukopenia and alopecia. Some pa-bents showed EKG changes and hepatotoxicity.
