Abstract
Abstract cases of lung cancer with pulmonary osteoarthropathy and 45 cases lung cancer without that were analyZed comparatively. The result showed that incidence of pulmonary osteoarthropathy was 3. 5 % in lung cancer. The pulmonary osteoarthropathy was arised from adenocarcinoma usually. The acropachy was often found when physical examination was performed by reason of admission and the enlargement and pain of arthrosis was easy to be misdiagnosed as arthritis or else give earlist clues to lung cancer before pulmonary symptom was found. Changes of the pulmonary osteoartbropathy have taken place corresponding to lung cancer and it is a prognostic indicator. Such lung cancer is easilier accompanied by tumor fever and leukocytosis. The lung cancer should be treated as early as possible when treatment with regular and plenty of antibiotic for a week was helpless. The prognosis is better and the rate of exicission is higher and surgical intervention should be performed actively for such lung cancer cases
