The application of fetal liver the chemotherapy and irradiation of malignant tomuor

We hav econtrol studied the effects of fetal liver cell suspension transfusion in leukenlia after chemotherapy and irradiation of malignant tumor. 42 cases as the group of fetal liver, total 203times fetal liver cell suspension have been injected. 37 cases as group of leukcyte, 188 times blood or leukcyte have been injected. 38 cases as control group, common drugs rasing leukcyte have been used only. The results indicated fetal liver cell suspension can raise leukcyte of periphery blood cells significantly, and alleviated the marrow suppress caused by chemotherapy or irradiation. The effects if transfusion or transfused white blood cell is worse, Fetal liver cell suspension is better than blood or leukcyte in improving clinical condition, allevating symptoms and assuring completily the chemotherapy and irradiaton.
