Abstract
Abstract We had studied enzyne activities of AKPase, ACPase, SDHase, G-6-Pase, TPPase in 75cases of adenocarcinoma of larger intestin tissues by using the histochemical method and the electron enzyme histochemical method. Results: 1. AKPase were almost negative reaction. 2. The positive rates of ACPase, SDHase,G-6-Pase and TPPase were lover than that of normal Larger intestin mucosa and adenoma. (P<0. 01). 3. The positive rate of differentiated cancer was bigher than that of undifferentiated cancer (P<0. 05). 4. The positive rate of ACPase, SDHase, G-6-Pase in the lymph node metastasis was higher than that of no lymph node metestasis (P<0. 05). The results suggest: The activities of enzymes in adenocarcinoma of larger intestin were related to function. The histochemical investigation of ezymes in adenocarcinoma of larger intestin can be useful in determining its biologic behaviors and estimating prognostic indicator of the patients.
