Examination of HSV-2 Antigen in Autoplastic Cervical Cancer and Proliferated Tissues in Mice

  • In this experiment,HSV-2 antigen in autoplastic cervical cancer and proliferated tissues of mice induced by HSV-2 virus were detected with highly sensitive PAP method. The results showed 24 cases, were positive in 30 proliferated or cancer tissues induced by HSV-2,which positive rate was 80%.However,in 14 non-proliferateod and non-cancer cervical tissues, only 4 cases were positive, positive rate was 28. 57 %.There were significant difference between positiue rates of the two group(P0. 01).In modified model of induced cancer, the study investigated the expression of HSV-2 antigen and further verified that HSV-2. plays a certain role in experimental cervical cancer in mice.
