  • From 1976 to 1989,176 patients with stage,breast carcinoma were treated in our hospital.There 5-year survival rate local recarerance rate, the incidence of distant tnatastases were 50%, 12.5%,21.5;the rates of operation alone (30 cases) were 43.30a.26.700、400o c The rates of operation plus chemotherapy (30 cases) were 50%,16.7%,1000;The rates of operation plus radiotherapy (49 cases) were 51%,8.2%,36.7%;The rates of operation plus radiotherapy, and cheuo therapy were 52.24%、7.5%、7.5%;The local recarerance rate of the operation alone was the greatest.But the operation Plus radiothrapy and chemotherapy was the lowest.The difference between two groups was significant (P<0.05),The distant metastasis rate of the operation alone was the greatest among the groups.the operation radiotherapy and chemotherapy were the lowest (P<0.05), 5-year survival rate of combined treatment was great.but there was no significant difference between the combined treatment and the operation (PLO.05).
