  • 345 patients with stage Yf stomach cancer were treated by radical operation between 1975 and 1987.All cases were given chemotherapy for more than three-four courses after operation.We concluded that MF regime is more effective;less toxity,with simple combination and low price.Also,it can be completed in a short-er time.Post-operative chemotherapy should be considered not to be longer course, it is recommended that 3-4courses are performed in one year.For the reason why pre-operative chemotherapy can not increase the survival,more study is needed.
