  • This study mainly analysed the feature of the growth mode in the rectal carcinoma, especially the relation between the feature and the pothologieal elements and the effect of the different growth mode on the survival rates.The results showed:its periphery had much fibroplastic proliferation and limiting tumor diffusing everywhere because some of the propulsive growth was the big cancer nest pushing towards the periphery.Therefore the propulsive growth less infiltrates longitudinally,trans-versely and deeply.The capacity of invasing the venula and the small lymphatic vessel was inferior.They mainly present the middle,well-differentiated adenocarcinoma.So its biological feature was good and the propability of surviving of patients was high.The anther thought that the growth mode
