A Study of Lymph l1'ode Metastasis of the Rectal Cancer in 126 Patients

In the extended radical operation abroud half of the all patients cancer is below the peritoneal reflection. And in this patients a half have upper metastasis. One third patients have upper metas-tasis when cancer is above the peritoneal reflection. Incidence of lymph node metastasis of 251， 252，261 node station is the best in the all patients. This group more have the paraaorta lymph node metastasis. The patients with lateral metastasis not the local recurrence becauce lymph node metastasis. According this exended radical operation is very important for the prognostic. The au-thors suggested that related patients have been pelvic exen-teration and post-operative medical therapy.
