An Observation on Therapeutic effectiveness of Combined Chemotherapy in 80 Advanced Cases of Carcinoma of Stomach

80 cases of advanced gastric cancer treated in accordance with the four chemotherapeutic plans,FAM、FOM、WIF and EAP,were evaluated,and no statistical significance was suggested,with the effective rate respectively being 45% and 55%,45%,and 55%.The median survival period for each group was respectively 5.8,5.6,5.2 and 6.7 months.The major side effects were nausea cytopenia,thrombopenia and alopecia,while none of the cases was vomiting,panforced to quit the treatment due to the case effects.
