The relation of erythroblast in peripheral blood of acute leukemia to rosponse for treatment and prognosis

Erythroblast in peripheral blood of 181 patients with acute Leukemia were observed,The results showed that 32.0% patients in ANLL and 28.800 patients in ALL had erythroblast in peripheral blood.There were no relation between erythroblast in peripheral blood in acute leukemia and anemia.In ANLL,the patients which hadn't erythroblast in peripheral blood had better response for treatment and higher complete remission rate,it is more obvious in M,and MS subtypes.The during of survival was also longer.It indicated that the observation of erythroblast in peripheral blood might be taken as a supplem entary indication in judgement the effect of treatment and prognosis in ANLL.
