Abstract
One hundred and fourteen human lung carcinomas were analyzed for presence of P53 by means of immunohistochemistry. Sixty two (54. 4%) out of 114 human lung carcinomas expressed P53. The expression of P53 was compared with the results of drugsensitivity tested in vitro. A significant relationship between overexpression of P53 and resistant of DDP, ADM, VCR, MMC was found (P0.05). The mutant P53 gene protein may be a resistant marker for non-small-cell-lung-cancer.
