Hepatic Metastases Cancer. Experiences of Diagnosis and Treatment of 76 cases

From 1984 to 1994,76 cases of hepatic metastases cancer had been treated inour hospital. The mean survival time of 31 cases with hepatic metastases from cancer in digestive tract is 4 months,however,45 cases with cancer in non-digestivetract is 9. 6 months.These results indicate that the curative effect of hepatic metastases cancer is very poor.It is major cause of death after operative stage in thecolonrectal cancer.3 cases with colonrectal cancer who underwent synchronouslobectomy of liver, which mean survival time is 18 months.
