DNA Content,A_gNOR and their Prognostic Significance in Human Breast Cancer

Total 54 cases of human breast neoplasms were examed by using of Flow Cytometry (FCM)to get such parameters as DNA Index(DI),Proliferating Index(PI),S-phase fraction,of which the A_gNOR and 5-14 years follow-up in 34 casesof breast carcinoma were carried out.The results show that DI, PI and S-phase fraction are indicaters of distinguashing malignant and benign neoplasms of the breast;A_gNOR.DI.PI and S-phase fraction are related to the survival rate of breast carcinoma, which can be used as prognostic factors.
