Some Important Methods of Rasing Rectal Cancer Survival Rate

Abstract Application multi-discipline treatment, 5 year survival of rectal cancer havebeen increased. In recent 12 years, 525 patients of rectal cancer were treated at ourhospital. For various reasons, 73 patients have been only with colonic stoma operation; 53 patients palliative operation ; 399 patients radical operation. In 399 patients124 patients died at the long time of follow-up. Based on the analyzation of thecauses of death, the paper suggested some important methods of rasing rectal cancer survival rate.
