Abstract
Proliferous Characteristics were measured on 304 samples of para-cancer tissue in diseases with common malignant tumor. The results showed that SPF (S-phase fraction) and 2C% (high diploidy percentage) of para-cancer tissue were higher than control (p0.01). SPF and 2C% of para-cancer tissue were approximate to cancer nests. Frequency of 2C% in para-cancer tissue was difference of itself ploidy types.20% of aneuploidy tumor was higher than that of diploidy tumor (p0. 05). The frequency of SPF in para-cancer tissue not affected by itself ploidy types. The frequency of2C% and SPF not affected by ploidy types of cancer nests. The frequency of2C% para-cancer tissue not observed.regular change, while that of SPF was a tendency of dicrease with increment of volume in cancer. change of hepatocellular cancer was evidentest in all cancer (r=- 0. 968, rr 0. 01). Percentage of high ploidy cells increased with increment of volume in cancer (r=0. 84, rr 0. 05).
