Preliminary study of slug on non-small cell lung cancer

  • The Inhibitory effect of slug infusion on squancous carcinoma cells and adenocarcinoma cells which were isolated from operative samples was studied here. The results showed the squancons cavcinoma cells incubated in double layer agar medium were markedly inhibited by slug infusion. The inhibitory rate of colony growth was 93.08%, comparable to the effect of cisplatin(93.33%). For adenocarcinoma cells the colony, inhibitory rate was 65.24%, significantly higher than in cisplatin contorl(34.77%). These date will be beneficial to clinical oyiplies of slug.
