  • The expression of c-erbB-2,c-myc and P53 protein in 42 benign colon disease tissues and 113 colon cancers was detected by immunohistochemical staining.The results showed that the three oncoproteins expression in the colon cancer was higher than in the bengin colon disease tissues(PGO.O1).In addition,there were signifi- cant correlation between that c-erbB-2 and P53 expression and node metastasis.The expression of P53 was related to differentiation.It is suggested that the three onco-proteins can be used as markers for colon cancer diagnosis and prognosis.
