Vindesine Combination Chemotherapy for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Thirty-eight patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) were treated with Vindesine combination chemotherapy.The material showed that the total response rate was 55·2%，1 achieved CR，20 achieved PR，degree I to Ⅱ of white cell count drop and gastrointestinal toxicity were the major side effects，other side effects were seldom. The patients could tolerate this regimen.
