To analyze the treatment result and Pragnostic factors for ninety cases of patients with brain matastasis.The median survival period were 10. 5 months in surgerg plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy group，9.7 months in surgerg plus radiotherapy 8 months in radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy.And one year survival rate were 4000、4000、30.430oin three groups.The result were much better than that in surgery. radiotherapy or chemotherapy along (P<0.05)·The patients of KPS)60. primary tumours were controlled and no metastasis in other organs may have a better prognosis.Combination therapy of radiotherapy plus other therapys is a better treatment wethod for brain metastasis.It can proloned the survival period of the patient with brain metastasis.
