  • Whole-body bone imaging has been performed in petients with malignacies，positive results were found in percent of this series (44/51).With x-ray posi- tive resules were found in 39.2 percent of this series .Among this series there were 47 patients as skeletal metastases in clinical diagosis，44 patients whoseredionuclide bone imaging results were positive rate was 93.6 percent.Positive rates of CT,MRI and x-ray examination were 66.7,83.3 and 42.6 percent，respa-tively. It has been proved that radionuclide (99mTC-MDP) bone imaging is a safe、re-liable and sensitive method.Comparing with x-ray examination，adionuclide bone imaging can early detect skeletal lesions for one to eight months.
