Study of the Mutation of P⁵³ Gene in PrimaryHepatocellular Carcinoma in Southwest China

Mutation ofP⁵³ gene at codon were detected with PCR-RELP in primary hepastocellular carcinoma from Southwest China.The mutation of PS' gene at codon 249 were observed in 8 cases with positive of HBV serumal marker.However，no mutations at codon cases.The result suggest-ed that mutation at codon plays an importment role in HCC and AFB, may asso-ciate with a part of hepatocelluar carcinoma in Southwest China.
