A clinical analysis of 14 cases of Olfactory neuroblastoma

From 1975 to 1995, 13 Patients with olfactory neuroblastoma were treated Surgically and radiotherapily in Jiang Shu Cancer Hospital.According to Kadish's Staging System, 1 case of stage A, 4 Stage B, 8 stage C, 5 cases survive over 5 years, and 5 died.Immunohistology can increase diagnostic accuracy.Surgery and radiotherapy were major treatment.Early accuratic diagnosis and aggressive combination treatment are the key to increasing survival rate of the disease.
