Abstract
Since October 1992, 35 patients with advanced primary hepatic cancer(PHC)have been treated by Cisplatin-based intraperitoneal chemotherapy.Short term effects:there were 12(34.3%)cases got partial remission, 16 showed no change, and 7 worsened. The toxic effects observed were mild nausea, vomitting and myelosuppression. No toxicity of liver and kidney was observed. It seems that Cisplatinbased intrapertoneal chemotherapy for PHC is well tolerable and active regimen.
