Analysis of 43 cases of early gastric carcinoma on its operative treatment

Early operative treatment were done on 43 cases of proved gastric carcinoma having pathologic diagnosis through endoscopic bipsy.There were 36 male and 7 female.Following were types of operations done:R₀ 7, R₁ 5, R₂ 31 cases.Follow up figures:Survival rate up to total 3 years 93.9%, 6 years 86.2%.It is consideredearly discovery and early treatment is the key to obtain high survival rate.Patients above the age of 40，having any dull pain in the abdomen，unknown causes G-1 bleeding, should recieve endoscopic examination.Uitable resection of lymphglands is very important.
