EPB Treatment of Recurrent non-Hodgking's Lymphoma

24 cases of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ recurrent Non-Hodgkdin's Lynphoma, all histoglogilly proved, were treated with a combination of Vp-16, DDP and BLM-A5.10 Cases were intermediate grade, 14 cases were high grade Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma according to the working formulation.The results showed that the total response rate of whole gooup was 75%(CR 25%, PR 50%).Side effects include leucopenia and gastrointestinal reaction, no fatal toxicity was encountered.
