Detection of p53 and C-erbB-2 oncoproteins by a double immunohistochemical technique in the tissues of gastric cacinoma

Thirty-five Cases of gastric cancer were examined to located p53 and p185 oncoproteins with a double immunohistochemical method.It was found that the expression of p53 and p185 in the tissues of gastric cacinoma respectively located different cells and occasionally, single cell simultaneously expressed p53 and p185 oncoproteins.Significance of the findings in the pathological changes of gastric cancer were discussed.
