The exper imental study on improving the antineoplastic activity of combining vessel-torn agent with cellular toxic drug

The objective of the study was that Combining with vessel-torn agent might improve the antineoplastic effect of cancrous toxic drug.Throug local injecting, the emulsifying agent was retained within the solid fuuror as long as possible. Conclusion :with stable property, the emulsive preparation might destory obviojusly rabbit ear vessel by causing local haemorrhage necrosis, and inhibit clearly the growth of blood capilary on CAM.Combining with vessel-torn agent could improve the antineoplastic action of mytomycin C.
