The clinical effect of IOEP regimen for refrator Y non-Hodgkin's lymphomas: A Report of 20 cases

Twenty patients with refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphomas were treated with IOEP regimen (ifosfamide, Vincristine, etoside, prednison). All patients had pathologycally documented malignancies. The results showed that the total re-sponse rate was 80% and the rate of complete response (CR) was 60%. The main toxicity was nausea, Vomiting, Leukopenia and alopecia. Treatment-related death was not observed.
