Assay and Used of Prostate Spectisc Antigen

In this paper, the quantitative determine of Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) with ELISA and to effect factor in determination was studied. The results showed that determination values of PSA there were effect with store time, temperature and collect of sample and kits. Positive rate 81%, Specificity rate 94% for diagnoss prostate carcimoma when PSA>5ng/ml. It was important tumor marker that diag-nosis and treat control of prostatic carcinoma, but we should attention to differen-tial case when used in pathological grading of prostatic carcinoma.
