  • Advanced primary liver cancer (PLC) was treatedin 85 cases by Angiotensin Ⅱ infusion induced hypertension and chemoembolization (IHCE) from May 1992 to April 1993. 65 cases(76.4%)have survived more than 1 year, 41 cases(48.2%) survived more than 2 years and 28 cases(32.9%) more than 3 years. IHCE increas-es antitumor effect of TCE, can be the first choice for unresectable PLC instead of TCE.
