Observation of early malignant cells of cystic Mazoplisis with laser scanning microscope

We observed the early malignant cells of cystic mazoplisis under laser scanning microscope(LSM) and found that the anaplasia of cells is more distinct under LSM than under common microscope(CM). With exciting of lmW 488nm Ar+ laser, bright autofluoescence in early malignant cell plasma is observed. As increasing the intensity of Ar+ laser to 10mW, the autofluorescence is more bright. This autofluo-rescence characteristics may provide an important basis for ealy diagnosis of malig-nant turmor.
