Multidrug Resistance and Reversion study on Human Neuroblastoma SK-H-SN Cell Line

Experiment was done on human neuroblastoma SK-H-SN cell line about its multidrug resistance and reversion. with ABC immunohistoehemical localization, both the cytoplasma and cell membrane showed abundant P-glycoprotein staining,MTT cytotoxic assay revealed that the sensitivities of SK-H-SN cells to doxoruieine or vincristine were significantly different according to the presence or absence of ve-rapamil or dipyridamole(P<0.0 1), which indicate that the drug resistance of SK-H-SN cells can be reversed by verapamil or dipyridamole.
