Abstract
To examine the effect of sandostatin to lymph drug concntration following intraperitoneal(IP)chemotherapy,50mg carboplat was injected into Rabbits IP along with 20ug/h sandostatin as a continous Ⅳ infusion in one group and no sandostatin in the control group. The platinum in lym-ph,jugular vein and protal vein over the ensuring 8 hous were measured by the flameless atomic abshaption spectoscopy. The result show:for the experimental whinals, the Platinum in lymph remain a higher level even after reaching the peak concenhation, result in the increasing of AUC(0- 8)(P<0.01).In contrast,it kept on decreasing in jugular vein(P<0.01).This Permitted an indirect estimate of the effect of sand-ostatin on the rate of carboplatin movement from the peritoneal cavity to the local lymph,so become the candidate to induce intra-abdominal lymphatic chemotherapy with more lower system reaction.
