Primary central nervous system lymphoma: Report of 7 cases and review of the literature

Seven cases of primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL) were reported.All pathological types were non ～ Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), the histological typeswere B～lymphocyte lymphoma.All patients received radiotherapy after surgery,five ofthem were treated by chemotherapy.As results,the average survival was 26.1 months,and local recurrence was considered as the major cause of death.The origin, clinicalsymptoms,diagnosis and treatment of PCNSL were discussed with review of literatures.
