  • 16 cases of stage Ⅲ-ⅣN tumors of the upper digestive system were treated with thechemotherapentic regimens including IFO in our hospital from Tuly 1996 to December1997.Response rates were 41.25%.The main toxicities were gastrointestinal toxicities, leukopenia and alopecia.
