Effect of S180 ascites tumor cells extract and rIL-2 on the growth of S180 solid tumor

The effect of extruct of S180 ascites tumor cells in combiantion with rLL-2 on thegrowth of S180 solid tumor was reported.The results showed that the inhibition rate ofS180 solid tumor in three treatment groups with extract of S180 ascites tumor cells, rIL-2 and their combiantion was 27.27%, 29.75% and 47.93%, respectively.The results indicated that the treatment by extract of S180 ascites tumor cells combiantionwith rIL-2 significantly inhibition the tumor growth.
