The Study of THP and ADM in the Multimodality Targeting Treatment in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer

To eveluate the effect of THP and ADM in multimodality targeting treatment forpatient with primary liver cancer (PLC).24 patients with unresectable PLC receivedhepatic artery injectionof 125 1-antiAFPAb and THP or ADM chemo-embolizationramdomly.The effective rate of THP group (66.7%) was a little higher than that of ADM group (58.2%), but no statisticaly siggnificant (PO.05).The incidence rate ofalopecia and cardiotoxicity in THP group was siggnificent lower than that of ADMgroup (P0.05).Other sidereactions was observed similar in two group.The studysuggested that a well effect world be achieved for PLC patients received the multimodality targeting treatment.The curation effect of THP and ADM wax similar and thealopecia and cardiotoxicity of THP, however, was lwoer.
