The Study of THP and ADM in the Multimodality Targeting Treatment in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer

  • To eveluate the effect of THP and ADM in multimodality targeting treatment forpatient with primary liver cancer (PLC).24 patients with unresectable PLC receivedhepatic artery injectionof 125 1-antiAFPAb and THP or ADM chemo-embolizationramdomly.The effective rate of THP group (66.7%) was a little higher than that of ADM group (58.2%), but no statisticaly siggnificant (PO.05).The incidence rate ofalopecia and cardiotoxicity in THP group was siggnificent lower than that of ADMgroup (P0.05).Other sidereactions was observed similar in two group.The studysuggested that a well effect world be achieved for PLC patients received the multimodality targeting treatment.The curation effect of THP and ADM wax similar and thealopecia and cardiotoxicity of THP, however, was lwoer.
