Abstract
89 cases who all underwent radicnl resection of breast carcinoma have been reportelsince 1990, only 10 cases developed flap necrosis. Our experiences suggost that retaining mierovasculature of flap, regulating the thickness of flap according to the distance tocancer, thoroughly stopping bleeding, suturing without tension and clearly drainingmay decrease the incidence of flap necrosis.
