The evaluation of the content of α-L-fucosidase of serum to diagnose the primary liver cancer

At this study,we detect the content of a-L-fucosidase (AFU) of serum,conclude354 cases of primary liver cancer. 123 cases of metastatic liver cancer. 38 cases of liverhemangioma. 32 cases of liver cystis. 52 cases of liver cirrhosis. 202 cases of chronic hepatitis B and 106 cases of normal control, there are 907 cases altogether,the sensitivity.specificity. positive forecast rate and negative forecast rate is 89.8%. 93.1 %. 89.3%.93.5 %. 91.8 % respectively,there has no relativity between the activity of AFU and theconcentration of a - feta - protein (AFP). the diagnosis rate have been up to 94.6%when we detect both the AFU and AFP.
