Abstract
The present paper has investigated the prognostic significance of Nm23 and C-erb B-2expression in 156 patients with breast cancer utilizing immunohistochemical staining S-Pmethod. The results show that Nm23 positive expression rate is 64. I percent (100/156)andC-erb B-2 positive expression rate is 50. 64 percent (79/156). Both of Nm23 and C-erb B-2expression have no correlation with age of the patients. Nm23 expression has no significantrelation with the histological type and clinical stage, but significantly relates with lymph nodemetastasis and postoperation survival time, C-erb B-2 expression significantly relates withhistological type, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and postoperation survival time.
