Clinical study of monoclonal antibodies in bladder tumors

Using a panel of four monoclonal antibodies(T16,M344,T138,T43),an mmunocyTochemical(APAAP)study of bladder washings was carried out in 63 cases of transitional Cell carcinoma and 10 of non-tumor patients.The results indicates that the positivity of M344,T138 and T43 was closely related with stage,grade and prognosis.It can be used as Evaluating marker of malignant dergee,recurrence and early diagnosis.
