A study on expression of PCNA in precancerous lesions of esophageal mucosas

The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in precancerous lesions of esophageal mucosas including simple.hyperlasia,dysplasia and cancinoma in situ.Were studied by semiquantive labelled strepavidin biotin(LSAB)immunohisto chemical staiming method.The results showed that the percentage of PCNA-Positive cell increased Progressively in the precancerous lesions of esophageal mucosas above,and the difference were.significant(P0.001 ),Which enabled us make a objective criteria for diagnosis of precancerous lesions of esophagus.
