Recent-term therapeutic effect observations on 45 patients of lung cancer malignant effusion

45 lung cancer patients apply tumor necrosis factor and immunologicol activitypeptide with intrapleural injection from Match 1990 to June 1996 in our department.These cases are in advanced stage and their diagnosis are confirmed by histology andcytology. Through these treatments, 18 cases are complete remission and 24 cases arepartial remission. The effection rate is 93%. The effect mechanism of these twomedicines are also exposed.
