The Clinical Study On The Plan Of Elemene Emulsion With CTV To Treat Lung Carcinoma

The 80 cases with primary lung cancer were treated, dividing randomly into threegroups:Elemene emulsion regime group inclouded 24 cases, objective remission rate(Orr) was 29.1%, improve rate of quality of life (QOL) was 54.2%; CTVchemotherapy group inclouded 29 cases, ORR was 34.5%, improve rate of QLO was 31.0%, but bone marrow depression was obvious; Elemene emulsion plus CTVchemotherapy group inclouded 27 cases, ORR was 48.1%, improve rate of QOL was66.7%. These two rates were significantly higher than those of CTV chemotherapygroup(P<0.05), and the degree of bone marrow depression was decreased. It can beeoncluded that elemene emulsion plus CTV chemotherapy maybe a new effective andsafe regime for lung carcinoma.
