Treatment of relapsed and refractory acute leukemia with regimens THP et al

To evaluate the effect of THP in relapsed and refractory acute leukemia, eight patients with relapsed and refractory acute leukemia were treated with THP+Ara-C orTHP+VCR+Ara-C+Pred and THP+Har+Ara-C. Of the 8 patients, 5 patientsachieved complete remission(CR) and 1 patient partial remission(PR). In conclusion,the combination of THP with Ara-c et al is effective in the treatment of relapsed and refractory acute leukemia and the toxicities were tolerated.
