Hepatitis G Virus Infections in Patients with Hepatocellular Cancer

We using ELISA respectively detected antibodies to HGV in serum samples of 128 patients with HCC and 55 controls.Antigens of the reagent were derived from HGV NS 3 and NS 5,region sequences.Besides,we using ELISA also detected HBsAg and Anti HCV in 18 serum samples of positive to Anti HGV.16 of 128(12 5%)patients and 2 of 55(3 6%)controls were positive to HGV antibodies.The difference of positive rates was significant( P0 001) .14 of 18(77 7%)was positive to HBsAg and 4 of 18(22 2%)was positive to anti HCV.In virus etiogentic of HCC in Guangxi area,HGV may probably a factor affecting subordinately to HBV and HCV.
