Study on the effect of genistein on iNOS expression and anticancer in human gastric carcinoma cells

Objective To study the effects of genistein on the proliferation and the iNOS expression of human gastric carcinoma SGC 7901cells. Methods Cell mitosis test was used to investigate the effect of genistein on cell proliferation. Western blot and RT PCR were used to observe the effects of Gen on iNOS gene expression.
