Relationship of vascular endothelial factor and microvessel density in non-small cell lung cancer tissue

Objective To explore the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods We detected the expression of VEGF and MVD by immunohistochemical S -P method in 76 cases of NSCLC tissue respectively. Results The VEGF expression was 42.11 percent.
