  • Objective To investigate the relationship between the microvessel density (MVD) and basic fibroblast growth factor(b-FGF) expression in human renal carcinoma. Methods the expression of b-FGF and MVD in 35 cases of renal carcinoma were examined retrospectively byimmunohistochemical staining. Results B-FGF and MVD expression were significantly higher in human renal cancer tissue than the normal tissue surrounding the tumor, and they were of statistic significance as to clinical stage or clinical grade....
